BioWelcome to my weight loss journal. This will be my daily food journal. Since I was young I have struggled with my weight and body image. I have done weight watchers three times, South Beach and Atkins once each and numerous other diets. So now I am writing down everything I eat here, for the world to see and maybe it will keep me honest.
